How long is a long pose? It depends on who you ask. I call anything from 10-15 or 20 a medium pose, and anything from 22 to 45 a long pose. Some poses on this page I can hold for 45 minutes, others for 15-25. I may divide all my pose examples eventually into Short, Medium, and Long categories, but for the moment I’ll lump medium and long poses here and add more over time.
